We’ll start by meeting you and your pet at their pace. No rushing, no pressure. This gives your pet time to feel safe and allows us to observe their comfort level, mobility, and temperament.
2. A Quick Wellness Check-In
Before any service begins, we’ll ask a few simple questions about your pet’s health history, sensitivities, and daily routine. This helps us tailor the visit to their specific needs—especially for seniors, anxious pets, or those with special considerations.
3. Gentle, Fear-Free Handling
All services are done using slow, low-stress techniques. We work on the floor, couch, or wherever your pet feels most secure. Breaks are always offered if your pet needs them.
4. First Nail trim
Whether it’s a nail trim, hygiene care, or other non-medical wellness services, each visit is handled calmly and gently in the comfort of your pet’s familiar surroundings. During every meet-and-greet appointment, we perform an initial nail trim to assess how your pet responds to our services.
5. Aftercare & Recommendations
Once we’re finished, we’ll share how your pet did and offer helpful tips or frequency recommendations for future visits.
